These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Plateful (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by GENIELAB LLC, a company based in Naperville, Illinois, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To access most features, you must create an account using your email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. Plateful is intended for adults managing household and family meals.

Plateful generates recipes, meal plans, and lunchbox ideas using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your dietary needs. You are responsible for reviewing all recipes before cooking, including checking for allergens, verifying cooking temperatures and times, and ensuring ingredients are safe for everyone eating. Plateful does not guarantee any AI-generated recipe is safe, accurate, or appropriate for you.

Weekly meal plans, grocery lists, favorites, and lunchbox ideas are tools to help you organize. Grocery lists and ingredient quantities may be incomplete or incorrect — always verify before shopping. Nutritional and cost information are estimates and may vary.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code.
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights.

We collect anonymous analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by GENIELAB LLC. Plateful is a product of GENIELAB LLC. Recipes and content you create remain yours. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your personal use.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (for sign-in) and YouTube (for cooking videos). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". See our Disclaimer for full details on the limitations of AI-generated recipes and other content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plateful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any harm resulting from cooking or consuming AI-generated recipes.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plateful operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
